Description
I.e. using normal password auth, if you flub a password 3x in a row, remote systems typically disconnect you. Fabric doesn’t have anything in place to handle this and just gives the normal traceback for an unexpected disconnection.
See if there is a good way to detect this occurrence and abort instead of dying.
