Make 2.5+ requirement more visible

Description
- It’s prominently noted in the docs — but only on the installation page, not on the index page.
- OTOH this might just wait for a “real” website to be created, which would largely replace the index page of the current docs site.
- PyPI/setup.py can apparently have version specifiers, so it’s probably wise to add 2.5 and 2.6 to that as well.
